As construction of this project draws to conclusion...read more , we cannot help but marvel at how well we managed to deal with the slope, all the while embracing a bigger constraint - the western sun that acts as the backdrop to an elegant view of an upcoming golfcourse. The obvious risks of heat gain were mitigated in the fenestration and the play on volumes. The site layout is such that one can choose to use different outdoor spots following the movement of the sun. A major plus is the provision of a well shaded balcony - "The Sunset Balcony" that will afford views to the Golf Course and the Sunset.
